Your first name and email address, when you join the beta or contact us. We use them to give you access, to reply to you, and to tell you how the beta is going. Our lawful basis is your consent, together with our legitimate interest in running the service.
Your progress through the course, while you use the apps. We keep it so your place follows you from one device to the next. It is necessary in order to provide the service you asked for.
Basic, aggregated usage statistics, while you use the site. They tell us which parts of the course are working. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest, and we use privacy-friendly analytics that do not follow you around other websites.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
Your account and your progress stay with us until you ask us to delete them. Beta sign-up details are kept while the beta runs, and for [period] afterwards. Email [email protected] and we will delete your data. You will not have to argue for it.
A small number of suppliers process data on our behalf, under contract: our email and CRM platform, our payment processor once paid plans begin, and our hosting providers. [The suppliers will be listed here before launch.] Nobody else receives your data unless the law requires us to hand it over.
